Here is a simple iron drink that you can make to help boost your iron stores.
Iron drink
Ingredients
64 oz grape juice
1/3 cup of each raisins
1/3 cup of prunes
1/3 cup of apricots
1 cup black strap molasses
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and let it sit overnight
Refrigerate the next day
Take 4 oz 3 times daily
You can use the mixture twice, just add more grape juice
