Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne

Circulatory stimulant, Sialagogue (increases salivation), Opens capillaries, Strengthens arterial, analgesic (reduces pain)

Use: upset stomach, Low stomach acid, stomach ulcer

 

Internal Use

1/4 tsp in a 1/3 cup of small amount of water or lemon juice just before the meal

 

External Use

Use: cold feet, peripheral neuropathy

 

Place down plastic bag

Place paper towel in plastic bag

Pour olive oil in a spoon and then dab it on the paper towel

Sprinkle about 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper on the paper towel

Smooth over the cayenne on the paper towel with your fingers so that it sticks to the paper towel

Place the foot on top of it and tie the plastic bag around your ankle

Put on a sock and wear it overnight

You can also pre make them and fold them over and place them in a bag

 

People with peripheral neuropathy will start to feel pins and needles in the feet which is the first sign that blood is getting to the area

You might need to do it every second night
