Flaxseed Crackers
Flaxseeds are high in omega 3s which are beneficial for heart health and hormonal health. Flaxseeds are also a great source of fibre that helps to keep the bowels working optimally.
There are only a few ingredients and it is so simple to make.
Ingredients
2 cups ground flaxseed
1 cup water
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spread dough 1/4 inch thick on a lined baking sheet.
Cut into squares.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degree F until browned
