Flaxseed Crackers

Flaxseeds are high in omega 3s which are beneficial for heart health and hormonal health. Flaxseeds are also a great source of fibre that helps to keep the bowels working optimally.

There are only a few ingredients and it is so simple to make.

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground flaxseed

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spread dough 1/4 inch thick on a lined baking sheet.

  2. Cut into squares.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degree F until browned
